    Q: How Will I Get Around Without My Car?

    If the repair process will be longer than you can wait and your insurance doesn’t provide you with a rental car, we may be able to schedule transportation to and from work. Ask us about this before scheduling an appointment!

    Q: How Long Does The Repair Process Take?

    The process depends on the type of repairs that you need. Some may take a day, others a couple of days. After an inspection, our staff will be able to provide you with the details of your appointment, estimate, and the amount of time it will take. However, these are always subject to change, and we always inform our customers of any changes.

    Q: Who Pays For Auto Body Repair?

    If your insurance provider is providing assistance, they will help you out. But first, you may be subject to paying a deductible. If you don’t have the help of insurance, the responsibility of paying the bill lands on you.

    Q: What If You Discover More Damage While Working On My Car?

    This is referred to as a supplement. Our auto body repair only covers what is on the estimate that we provide you with. If we find more damage, we reach out to your insurance company and secure approval for any additional work that needs to be done.

    Q: What If I Am Unavailable During Your Business Hours

    That isn’t a problem, we pride ourselves on being able to work around all of our customer’s schedules. We have an after-hours key-drop box. Drop off your vehicle and keys, and we can start our work the following day.

    Q: Do You Provide Rental Cars?

    Your insurance company is where you’ll be able to receive a rental car, if applicable. However, we can communicate that with your insurance company and find out for you.

    We offer lifetime warranty coverage for labor, parts, and repairs.

    Q: Should I Schedule An Appointment For An Estimate?

    An appointment for an estimate isn’t necessary because no actual work will be done. However, if you would like to schedule an appointment because it is more convenient for you, feel free to do so.

    Q: How Accurate Will The Estimate Be?

    For the most part, the estimate will cover the price you’ll have to pay for any repair service we provide. The only reason the estimate will change is if we identify further damage or repair work needed. However, before we work on it, we will inform you and only proceed upon your approval.
